Associate Researcher Position

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Research Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various research projects within our regenerative medicine department. This position involves pluripotent stem cell cultures , analyzing data, animal models, and collaborating with other scientists to advance our cellular products. The Research Associate will utilize a range of techniques including PCR, Western blotting, flow analysis, and single cell multiomics to contribute to innovative research initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct experiments using techniques such as PCR, Western blotting, and mammalian cell culture.
  • Analyze and interpret experimental data using statistical software such as R.
  • Assist in the design and execution of research protocols in compliance with CGMP standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of experiments and results in laboratory notebooks.
  • Collaborate with team members on research projects and contribute to scientific discussions.
  • Prepare samples for single cell multiomics and assist with data analysis.
  • Ensure laboratory equipment is maintained and calibrated as necessary.
  • Stay current with advancements in biotechnology and molecular biology through literature review.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
  • Experience with PCR, Western blotting, mammalian cell culture, flow analysis and single cell technologies.
  • Familiarity with CGMP regulations is preferred.
  • Proficiency in data analysis software such as R or similar tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Knowledge of quantum engineering principles is an advantage but not required.
